Three bedroom chalet in quiet village in the Chamonix valley available to rent for the winter of 2023.
Situated in the hamlet of Vaudagne in the entrance to the Chamonix valley, the chalet sits in a quiet area with nature all around it.
This is a modern ski chalet that is built over three floors with three bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living space.
The main living space is open with a dining table for six, sofas around a wood burner and TV, and a modern and well equipped kitchen.
Double doors lead from the living area into the garden where there are fantastic views of the Mt Blanc range.
Bedroom one is on the main living room floor and contains a small bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. A separate large mezzanine offers office space for study or work purposes or a second lounge.
The basement area contains plenty of storage in a garage and two utility rooms.
Chalet Nikko is five minutes drive from the main highway leading into the Chamonix valley. Chamonix, Sallanches and the super market at Passy.
The chalet is available from mid December until the end of April, with the possibility to extend until June if needed.
