The Aiguille du Midi lift is only two minutes away, making it an excellent base for mountain access throughout the year.
THE SPACE
Two dedicated bedrooms plus two additional sofa beds in the living area, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 7 guests. Ideal for families or small groups, though for longer stays it is most comfortable for four.
The apartment opens directly onto its private garden, which leads to a larger green area and creates a relaxing sense of space. The garden is not enclosed, so families with children or pets should note that it opens onto the surrounding grounds.

The place is bright and spacious, well equipped and we had a great stay there. Location is very central, but at the same time quiet. Terrace was a nice added bonus as well.

Fantastic location—just a short walk to the ski buses and right in the heart of Chamonix, within easy walking distance to everything the town has to offer.
Check-in was smooth and easy via key locker and door codes, and the apartment is located on tsee more

Check-in was smooth and easy via key locker and door codes, and the apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern, well-insulated building. The private terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and there’s a ski rental shop just around the corner. Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with a good shower, two bedrooms, and additional sofa beds if needed. We stayed here as two friends, but the apartment could comfortably up to 7 people. Overall, a great stay—almost perfect! |

Adding a few touches—like some framed prints or candles—could really elevate the atmosphere and give it more personality. • The double mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable. A simple upgrade (even something basic from IKEA) would make a big difference. That said, these are easily fixable details. The price felt a little high given the current setup, but with a few improvements, this place would absolutely be worth it—and we would definitely book again. |

You're 100m from the main shopping street with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot with no noisy bars within earshot. Le Savoy beginners' slope is 200m away. Everything you need - ski hire, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants - is within a two-minute walk.
