A stylish two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in the historic Majestic building in the centre of Chamonix town that sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in a spacious lounge.
Built in 1913 as luxury tourist accommodation the Majestic building is characterised by its high ceilings and wide-open corridors and stair wells and airy, spacious apartments. Making the most of the Majestic’s famous features, Apartment Royale’s living space is open plan and voluminous, with a large comfortable sofa, a dining table for six and a TV corner with a big screen. High double French windows open on to a small balcony with views up on to the mountains.
A well-equipped American-style kitchen with a long wooden breakfast bar creates a sociable and easy place to cook in. The apartment has two individual bedrooms, a double with an ensuite bathroom with a small bath with a shower, and a second smaller bedroom off the main living space that shares the main bathroom with the living space.
The main bathroom contains a toilet, sink and a large walk-in shower. The apartment has a washing machine a ski locker and there is secure, shared bike storage.
Apartment Royale sits between the Brevent ski lift and Chamonix town centre, making both quick and easy to access on foot. There is no need to bring a car to this apartment but if you do there is private parking beyond a barrier.
