Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an underground garage round off one of the most highly sought after ski apartments we have and make for a perfect holiday rental for one or two families or a large group of friends.
Apartment Tete Rousse is a mid-range, family-orientated ski-in ski-out apartment on the ground floor of the Tete Rousse building in the Haut de Chavants complex in Les Houches. The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool for relaxing in during your stay. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people in three bedrooms.
The piste starts literally from the end of the garden, so you can step out of the apartment straight into your skis in the morning, and ski to the door on the way back – the ultimate in ski-in, ski-out accommodation.
There is free, private underground parking and WiFi throughout the building, and a token-operated launderette in the complex. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Well-behaved, fully-house-trained pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Le Prarion ski lift gives quick and easy access to the summit of Les Houches’ ski area, where there is user-friendly skiing of all levels, including the Downhill Skiing World Cup ‘Khandahar Run’. Les Houches tends to remain open even during very heavy snowfall when the rest of the ski stations in the valley close.
In summer the Prarion lift opens up some of the finest walking and running trails in the area and makes a logical start point for climbers looking to summit Mont Blanc via the very popular Goûter Route. It also delivers downhill mountain bikers to Les Houches’ custom built MTB trails.
LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING
Please note. The cost of your reservation includes one set of linen and towels for each person and cleaning when you leave. If you are staying longer than a week you may want to consider booking a change of linen and towels and even some mid-stay cleaning. This is all available and can be discussed and booked once you have finalised your reservation.

- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
