    Description

    PERFECT FOR :
    Families or a small group looking for a cost effective base in the heart of Chamonix, compact but Charming.. Your 45sqm accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms; 1 doubles and a bunk room suitable for children. Conveniently located near the Savoy baby slope in Winter and the popular paragliding landing pad in the summer.

    THE BUILDING :
    Your accommodation is set within a quiet and secure residential block on the ground floor allowing for easy access from the main front door.

    INSIDE :
    Your accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms 1 double with built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space, a bunk room and separate bathroom and WC Lounge dining area Double sofa bed in lounge to accommodate extra guests if you need. TV with Netflix. The fully equipped separate galley kitchen also comes with a dishwasher, There is a bathroom with a full sized bath and shower above.

    OUTSIDE :
    You will have access to your own terrace The open-plan living / dining area has large sliding doors opening up onto the private patio terrace, and looking out onto the gardens (the garden itself is not allowed to be used, just admired from the patio) along with the incredible views of the surrounding mountains

    GREAT LOCATION :
    Fantastic location with Chamonix centre a five minute walk from the apartment with all the bars, restaurants and shops. . The sports centre, swimming pool, tennis courts and spa are all within a few minutes walk. The Savoy beginners ski slope is located behind the apartment complex.

    GETTING AROUND :
    Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.

    USEFUL BITS :
    Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.

    YOUR ARRIVAL :
    Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive comprehensive information via our guest platform Yaago on how to find the apartment before you arrive.

    PARKING :
    You will benefit from your own garage and car parking space underneath the building, a plus for the centre of Chamonix.

    Summer top tip - There is an incredible hike to Argentiere on the Balcon Nord. It is a great way to explore the valley and you can walk to it from this apartment.

    Winter top tip - This apartment’s location is great for accessing the cross country track in Chamonix. You can rent the equipment from most rental shops in Chamonix, so why not give it a go?

    We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers who visited Chamonix for a week. The outstanding location right next to the town and the local sports complex couldn't be better. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor with a lovely spacious terrace outside although there is a really unusual request not to use the garden area - which made no sense when we were there. Anyhow the terrace is large. The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one has bunk beds which is not be suitable for anyone 158cm or taller as they are very tight. The main living space is perfectly functional with a sofa bed, couch, TV and table. The kitchen is incredibly small and difficult to cook in but we ate out a lot so didn't mind. The underground garage was great to have, particularly on rainy days. It's a little complicated to access at first but once you figure out where you are going it's perfect. Most areas in the apartment were perfectly clean. The value for money cannot be understated. I wouldn't bring 6 people here as it's too small but for 4 it's perfect. Excellent and friendly service from Chamserve was much appreciated. I'd highly recommend this apartment.
    The bins in the kitchen were smelly and the tiles in the toilet were really smelly - just needs a little more cleaning. Overall nothing to complain about.

Its a shame that we have to adhere to the rules of the management company for the whole building and as a result the main garden is unusable. There is a private gate which gives direct access to the large paragliding landing field directly behind the building which is available to everyone and we will endeavour to inform all future guests.     Les équipements du logement : lave vaisselle , lave linge, le lit double est confortable… la résidence est jolie et calme.
    A 5, peut être quelques bols et couverts supplémentaires. Le banc de la table est un peu dur, peut être y ajouter des coussins. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir accéder à la pelouse au moins juste devant la petite terrasse !

      PERFECT FOR : a group of friends, or a large family, looking for a sociable, bright apartment with easy access to Chamonix centre. THE BUILDING : is an old stone townhouse split into two apartments – your apartment is on the ground and lower floor. The house is located on a quiet lane, but train tracks do run along the lane in front of the apartment. It is only a small, local train that uses these tracks, and it runs just once an hour and only during the day. Double glazed windows keep the sound to a minimum. INSIDE : Modern, minimalist decor and white walls create a bright open space to live in. Upon entry you will find the first double bedroom to the right and the small double bunk room to the left. The second double bedroom is also to the right along with a small communal area with sofa, the large family bathroom with a bath and separate shower is also on this level. The stairs to the lower level are next to the bunk room here you will find the lounge with a giant, comfortable, L-shaped sofa, perfect for watching Netflix on the SMART TV and a large kitchen/diner opening out onto the terrace. There is an additional WC with a washing machine and tumble dryer. OUTSIDE : The garden is at the back of the house and boasts views of the Mont-Blanc Mountain range. The apartment has its own large, enclosed, decked terrace where you can sit and admire the views. The grassed area is not accessible to this apartment. GREAT LOCATION : You are just a 6-minute walk into the centre of Chamonix, great for taking advantage of the local bars and restaurants, and convenient for the shops, supermarkets, and ski/bike hire. In the other direction you are not far from Lac des Gaillands and its climbing wall and Acropark fun. GETTING AROUND : You are just a few minutes’ walk from the Aiguille du Midi or Moussoux train stations and the bus stop, with bus and train services up and down the valley, from Saint Gervais le Fayet to Vallorcine and Switzerland. Buses are free with your lift pass, or you can buy tickets online in advance or on the bus. Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards (Carte d’hotes), which give you free travel on the local train service plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. You can store skis in a lockable unit at the back of the house or in the lockable garage at the front of the house. YOUR ARRIVAL : Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive arrival instructions with a key box code to let yourself in when you arrive! PARKING : You have no need to worry about parking as you have a lockable garage and space for a second car outside the garage.

      A huge sunny penthouse apartment with roof terrace looking up on the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc makes this ski apartment one of the most incredible places you can rent in Chamonix. At night you can watch climbers making their way to the summit by head torch and in the day sunbath in privacy as there are no other buildings looking on to your space.
