    Apartment Aiguille Rose is a brand new, three-bedroom apartment conveniently located between Bellevue and Prarion ski lifts, right at the bottom of the famous 'Coupe du Monde' ski run. The apartment boasts stunning views across the glaciers and granite peaks of the Chamonix valley and is ideal for those seeking easy, hassle-free access to the slopes in a clean, modern property with all mod-cons.

    Tastefully furnished to a high standard, a spacious, open plan living area has a sofa and comfy chair around a TV and a separate seating area around an environmentally friendly ethanol fueled open fireplace six guests can comfortably relax after a hard day on the slopes. A well-equipped kitchen area with a long dining table provides a fantastic area to create meals and dine in. Two separate balconies offer breathtaking mountain views and allow you to chase the sun as it moves through the day.

    Spread over 100m2 on the fifth floor of the residence Mazots des Kayla, Aiguille Rose comfortably sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. Each bedroom can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom services the other two bedrooms has a shower over a bathtub. The apartment also benefits from a washing machine and tumble dryer.

    Completed in early 2025, this well-appointed apartment benefits from underground parking and beautiful mountain views from the balconies.

    200m away at the Bellevue lift station are several restaurants serving sit-in or take-away food, a bakery, a newsagents and ski hire shop. 400m metres away at Prarion lift are two further ski hire shops and a bakery.

    The ski bus stops at Bellevue and from there you can visit Chamonix and every ski area in the valley.

      Apartment Alpage is a lovely and great value property in Les Houches for six people, just a five minute drive from the main ski lifts in les Houches and 15 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops in town.

      This compact apartment offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape thanks to the elevated position. The garden is a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunset or watch the kids toboggan in complete security. This property has two double bedrooms, a bunk bed room and a bathroom with a shower. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen caters for the whole party and in the summer you can open up the french doors and enjoy an aperitif on the terrace with a clear view over Les Houches. This great property makes a wonderful base for both summer and winter holidays. The apartment has a double sofa bed in the living room should you need to sleep a couple more, and an underground garage and ski locker if you decide to bring your car.

      PERFECT FOR :
      A couple or family looking for a tranquil stay in the foothills of Les Houches. Ideal for 4 with additional sleeping for up to 2 people. Located a quick 10 minute drive from the centre of Chamonix and its bars, restaurants and shops. This lovely apartment is a great base for family and friends for both summer and winter holidays, with quick access to the Les Houches ski lifts and incredible hikes on your doorstep.

      THE BUILDING :
      Your accommodation is a ground floor chalet style apartment with its own garden, set within a small complex of holiday accommodations in a beautiful location.

      INSIDE :
      This self contained property has classic alpine décor with wood panelling, double height lounge and stylish windows. As you enter you will find the master bedroom and ensuite shower/ WC to the right and the children's bunk room to the left. The family bathroom is next on the left hand side. The kitchen diner and living space encompasses the rest of the apartment. There are patio doors to the garden area and decking with BBQ and seating.
      There are two bedrooms, one double bed room and one bunk bedroom (bed size 190cm X 80cm)) plus extra sleeping arrangements in the communal area if you need to sleep a couple more.
      Bathroom facilities include a shower room with a sink and WC, and an extra WC off the double bedroom with a washbasin.

      OUTSIDE :
      The outside offers you a private green space to relax and enjoy the view of the Mont Blanc range, You are a short walk away from the Pain De Chibon where every Wednesday you can buy freshly baked bread and regional specialties meats and cheeses.

      GREAT LOCATION :
      You can walk down the hill to the bus stop which provides regular free bus transport to the whole valley including the nearby ski lifts in Les Houches. Local facilities like the large Super U market are nearby along the main road.

      GETTING AROUND :
      If you do not have a vehicle there are local buses departing regularly from the main road, which is 10 minutes walk down the hill, so longer coming up. Ski lifts in les Houches are a further 5 minutes by bus. Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums.
      A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.

      USEFUL BITS :
      Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service.
      If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours.
      We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions
      Your nearest Supermarkets, shops, restaurants are located in Les Houches on the main road.

      YOUR ARRIVAL :
      Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little later than planned.

      PARKING :
      You have free parking for two vehicles

      Summer top tip - Les Houches has some incredible bike trails, take advantage of the storage space to bring your bike and enjoy the most out of your holiday!

      Winter top tip - This location is close to the Rocky Pop Hotel, there is an excellent bar and restaurant with a fun atmosphere. A great place to check out if you want entertainment close to the apartment.
