Maison des Praz is a modern four-bedroom chalet, perfectly positioned next to the new Flegère ski lift (3-minute walk), making it an ideal base to explore the Chamonix valley in winter or summer. Constructed in 2016 and refurbished in 2021, the chalet combines contemporary comfort with Alpine charm.
THE SPACE
The chalet is built over two floors with a bright open-plan living area featuring full-length windows and Mont Blanc views from the dining table.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of space for cooking, while the living area has sofas by the windows and a large flat-screen TV. French windows open onto the garden and lawn, with outdoor chairs and tables for summer dining.

Bike and ski storage in the closed storage area

We liked the kitchen, the bedroom and the living area. Great for a bigger family or a group of friends. We didn’t miss anything during our visit. The walk to Chamonix, next to the river, was almost magical because of all the snow. We didn’t use the tsee more

great accommodation next to Flegere gondola. We were a group of 7 and we really enjoyed the place: it is well equipped with all amenities and very cozy. Bob is a great host and helped us with all our questions and needs . We recommend the place and see more
